Born July 23rd, 1963 in Columbus, Indiana he started playing when he was twelve years old, he played locally until he was eighteen. Then he moved South for 10 years to Columbus, GA; then to Baltimore, MD for 2 years; for a year he was a partner in a limo business, and moved to Nashville, TN for 7 years.
Gordon played for Ray Price for two years, he has accompanied many artist through the years. He has been on a few T.V. shows like New Country and Nashville Now.
He was voted "Most Likely To Be a Musician" in school
